I lightly dropped my inmotion v11 and now it won't turn on unless it is connected to a power source.

So I barely dropped it today going over a bump and then it turned off and won't turn back on. I took it home and plugged it in and did a diagnostic test and it keeps saying everything is fine but when I unplug it and try to turn it on nothing and if I manage to get it on  through the app everything goes blank. It also keeps shaking

So sad to read that. Maybe you can fix it with the recalibrate option if it is available in charge mode.

Also you can try reset to factory default

Bad sign. Either your pedal hanger bolts are loose or you have a loose connection. If it's the worst scenario, something has gone desperately wrong with the hall sensors or control board. Time to contact your reseller and cross your fingers.
