I don’t know if I understood you correctly, but did you really turn the unit off in the middle of a firmware update? Besides being pretty common knowledge not to ever do that, the app does also warn not to turn off the device while updating. Either way, if a new product is faulty, the seller is required to fix it or provide a working unit. I didn’t quite catch why you aren’t currently having a blast with a replacement V11 instead of the V10F.
