Disclaimer: I lack the knowledge to properly review a charger, so take this as "impressions". if someone more knowledgable can get anything from the pictures or has other information it would be great to add it here. Outside: good finishing, thick cable, main lead changeable, user accessible fuse. Medium noisy fan. Feels solid. Inside: Solder looks clean, cables have some slack, large capacitors are from Nippon chemi-con whatever its worth. Some white goo here and there, including to stabilise the board (under) but not on the large caps. Each side of the housing is used as dissipator for the mosfets.
