Finn Bjerke
What can be done about it ?
EUChristian
A new one has to be installed. It's a critical failure. You could try to epoxy or something at your own risk. How did this happen?
Finn Bjerke
I have no idea -- I was taking the wheel apart in order to fix bearing + Motor. The whole proces was pretty annoying - Yes I have crashed the wheel but no very crashes really, clean break where the screw hole is so I wonder if that screw had generated some pressure on the structure af I got the new replacement saddle piece. uploading viceo -- the glue I put on is bloody useless

BlckRck2014
This seems like a manufacturing defect. I think they should, but dont know if they would, cover it under warranty. I wonder how many v11 owners have this break but don't know it.
Roadified
I broke mine like this too (also via bolt holes). Speed 20-25 km/h. Bicyclist cut me off. Edited January 22, 2022 by Roadified
