Hi there this is an update on my situation. I deflated the tire completely and refill the tire 5 pounds at a time and massage the area to fit it into the rim. As far as I can tell there is a slight area where the valve stem is located that you can tell it is bigger that the other areas. But it very minimal and when I ride it is not noticeable.
