[Anouncement] Voting/Reputation System change

As some maybe already noticed the up/downvoting button is canceled by now.

The downvote button permanently decreased the reputation of a member, but was used sometimes just to show ones disagreement with the content of a post (the ?reddit? way), which led to misunderstandings and bad emotions.

Now there is just a like button, which increases the members reputation that wrote the liked post. 

For inapropriate/bs/scam/spam/insulting/offending/etc posts please just use the report button to send a short message to us moderators, in case we missed one of such posts so we can take care of it.
