George J.F. Posted January 30, 2019 Share Posted January 30, 2019 The V10F was bought in October 2018 from Amazon and the wheel was sent out from the IM France-Belgium warehouse. I contacted IM France to know if the battery enclosure was installed on my wheel. They replied that they will only answer this question after I send them the invoice. I did sent them the invoice numerous times and I have not got any reply since two months. Is there other Inmotion users with similar bad experiences with IM France-Belgium in the EU?
