What is the proper method of storage when not being ridden?

I recently got each of my granddaughters each a Mini, but they are only here to ride them 2 days per week.  What is the best way for ,me to store these when they aren't here?  I have bicycles and kayaks hanging from the ceinling in my garage, is there a method of storage I can use that will not cause and damage?  I am not thrilled with the idea of hanging them from the steering bar handles, seems like that will eventually lead to problems.

You have to charge the Mini at least once a month but that’s about it.

You could hang them upside down. Make a double hook or strap around the inverted foot pedal. You could do the same with two studs or shelf hangers from a wall.
