Struck Posted June 27, 2018 Share Posted June 27, 2018 With an iPhone 6S I can't upgrade either. I guess that's your problem. Once the upgrade popup appears I can't do anything with the app. My suggestion is that you close the app, open it, click on device and before the popup appears click fast to "more" and "firmware upgrade".
