I would argue that aerodynamics is a bigger issue. A person standing up is about as un-aerodynamic as it gets. EUC's are also highly affected by wind gusts. At 150mph you would be a red streak on the road if the wind changed at all.

Unfortunately I am not so certain. EUCs are a very, very niche use case and there are only two manufacturers of those motors that I am aware of, they have patented EVERYTHING and it is very doubtful they are interested in making motors for EUCs.
