If a MOSFET on my NB1 E+ would ever die, I would replace all of them with stronger parts. At the frequencies we are talking about, things like gate charge are a non issue. 100nC do nothing to a relatively low impedance gate driver, at switching frequencies of maybe 10 or 20 kHz. That said, I hope it never happens... Riding the KS16S most of the time now anyways, but the NB1 could still come in handy as a wheel to try some tricks on.
