They would probably last the life of the wheel since they have good lubrication as well as good seals to protect from water ingress. I have only worked on the v11 and the v13 and i feel like the 13 is a breeze to take apart and work on compared to the 11 but that's the only 2 wheels i have worked on so i can't speak to how easy it is compared to others.
