rcgldr Posted December 12, 2023 Share Posted December 12, 2023 I've been riding a V8F since August 2021, with about 1380 miles on it now, just a casual hobbyist, and I'm looking to get an 18L, but wanted to try that or something similar (V10F, 18XL, 16X, ...) to see what the issues are if there is someone in my area that could let me try out one. I ride at 12 to 15 mph, so the goal isn't more speed, but more margin on acceleration. I weigh about 190 lbs, and can't lean forwards much on the V8F without exceeding 25 amps (I have EUC World peak current alarm set for 25 amps). I can brake reasonably hard on the V8F.
