Mountain rider
Wheel hasn’t been ridden much. Was last charged few months ago, ridden couple times a week for a few thousand feet each time (to get the Mail, long driveway and Mail box not right there). Battery now at 64% per KingSong app. Decided to charge, charger just stays green. Wheel works perfect/normally. charger has 67.4 volts between pins 1 and 3, wheel has 371 millivolts between pins 1 and 3, whether on or off. have never opened it, but guess I have to? Any ideas, or diagnostic tips before I proceed? Thx! 1
alcatraz
On some wheels the internal cables going to charge port sever. Could be worth checking. Question. The last time you managed to charge the wheel, did it charge to 100%? Try to remember. If the pack has dead cells it would have shown as difficulty charging fully. With dead cells bms' interrupt charging. I don't want to alarm you. It could be something simple as a broken charger. The voltage is good but is it capable of pushing any current?
