Shane Dougherty
Looking to put custom pads on my T4. I've been searching for a sideplate pattern so I can avoid wasting material on trial and error. Any suggestions from my peeps?
alcatraz
It looks like a flat surface. Do you mean you need the width of those battery boxes to see if your pads are going to hang outside? Some have solved the problem of insufficient surface by adding an intermediary layer. That can also extend forward and back if you need it to. I wonder if it's a pvc, abs or a fiberglass board. I don't know how they take the motor out with those on. You'd need a bit more research. alcatraz
Nice wheel choice by the way. If I had to choose one wheel to buy today it would be the T4 too.
timmytool
All I've done is cut some sign writers board (aluminium composite board with a plastic core) to 30cm-40cm if I remember right. Covered one side with loop, hook the other and added loop to the sides of the battery boxes, job done. If you want to get fancy, round some corners.
