Pedal Angle adjustment?

He's talking about "closing pedal" angle.. 

You need to buy aftermarket pedals, which have that function.

 

Or if you like some DIY.. You could place some rubber strips under the pedals. In front of the "L" hanger. As you open and lower the pedal - it would hit the rubber. Making more aggressive angle for pedals. Also little bit of damping effect for road buzz. :D 

Add some two sided tape under rubber and you're set.
