SOmetimes it only charges to 98% or 99% I know (Thx mrelwood) that the last part of charging / aftercharging is slow and low voltage. But could the 125.4V be a problem? Marty Backe and others like flyboy have videos where is adjusting some chargers. THe proces is POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS if you dont FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES DESCRIBED......
