18XL charger turning Red/Green

Hello. (I'm little bit worried, paranoid, so figured I'll ask..)

So today i noticed something new.. My charger is turning red/green at the end of charge.

My voltage is 82.3V at the moment. While red it's pulling -2.4A and around -200W. It goes up to 82.9V

After little bit of time it turns green, puling around 0.3A and 20W. Voltage drooping down to ~82.3V

The intervals of red/green is around 4-5 min charging, 1-2 mins off like a clockwork. (Following the app.)

I'm asking this because i only now have noticed it doing that. Is it balancing the cells or what? Before it didn't charge like that. Before it was always red till the very end, afterwards turning green. (I'm simply worried, because it didn't charge like that before.) Is it normal?

As I'm typing this. The overall voltage is going up slowly. It just hit 83.3V. And when the charger turns green, it's now drops down to 82.6V

Again is it normal? Because i can swear the charger didn't turn red/green at the end of charging before. It normally turn green at ~84V and still would pull ~50W from wall. (After the charger turns green.) In the next ~2hours the ~50W that it's pulling from wall would go down to 2.5W, at which time the wheel would beep 6 slow times. Telling me it's done balancing.

Update.

At 83.5V it started to charge as regularly.. Not turning on/off anymore.

What the heck was that..... :confused1: Like i said, it behaved like that for the first time.

My guess one of the battery packs where unbalanced more than other? I did ride kind hard down to 68V + 1 week not riding before charge..
