I came into this wheel as part of a package deal but since I already own a 16X it doesn't make sense to have 2 (if you'd like to save a bit of money I'd let my learner—a 16XS with 1554 wH battery go). This is in 'excellent' condition, I am the second owner and the wheel was originally sold by eWheels. Tire is an H666 (I love this tire). Charger is the stock 2.5A one that comes with the wheel. Charges to 83.9V (about as good as it gets considering measurement error common with KS wheels). Comes with a black Roll.nz cover, the pads and stand shown and if you talk nicely to me I'll include my pedals with studded grip tape (search the forum for 'shoe chains'). I prefer local sale because it's just easier, but if you need it shipped and are able to pay for shipping I do have a shipping box.
