V12 pedals shudder at 55km/h after mosfet replacement and tyre change.

I have ridden my EUC for over 4000 km with not a single problem. Just received it back from having the mosfet replaced and also had a H666 tyre put on. 

Does anyone know what could be making the pedals shudder forward and backwards at this relatively quick speed ? It does not make me have confidence in going this fast at the moment.

That could be loose wheel axle bolts..?
