v8nice Posted April 29, 2022 Share Posted April 29, 2022 Hi sorry for my bad english. i have a new ks18xl (manufactured juillet 21). when i make On, the fan is On and it Always On. the temp of motherboard is 20°C and go at 34°C on charing,and the fan is Always On. But in Euc world the fan is write Off ... I have riding 25km,on hill ,on plate,and the maximum temp is 40°C,the fan is On ,more noisy at 40°C . The firmware on the wheel is 2.08 and i install 2.09 but the problem is the same. I have ks18l 2.03 and the fan is on ,only a 50° C... I think is not normal... Of course, having the fan always on is better than having a fan that will not turn on at all. Still, contact your reseller, they should fix it for you.
