euc'er
Hey, so... long story short, I have a Kingsong 18S that, after several months of riding, bricked in May 2020 — nearly 2 years ago. It's been gathering dust in my hallway since, and I've been riding an Inmotion V12 for 6 months. I think it'd be pretty neat to cannibalize the batteries to create a powerbank, but I'm not a particularly tech savvy person, especially around electronics. I'm not interested in fixing it to ride it. Would anyone be interested in the parts? Or do you have any ideas for what to do with it? alcatraz
Those 18S are legendary workhorses. I'm surprised you managed to break one. In China people swap out the shells and make touring wheels out of them. When we were first riding 1600Wh wheels, they were riding 18S wheels with 3200Wh or more. Just saying. It's a very special wheel. How about trying to find a replacement controller?

Hey OP, I just recently picked up a used one that’s in need of some parts. Where are you located? Id love to take it off your hands and see if I can get my wheel back up and running!
