Popular Post Freestyler
I'm cross posting this here in the Begode sub forum, because in order not to get lost. TLDR of the above thread: Gotway wheels report PWM and not every wheel (and in every state) beeps at 80%. Test it for yourself https://freestyl3r.github.io/euc-dash/ This is NOT just speed dependent. It reacts to the voltage drop as well. If you jam the wheel on the wall you will see the value increasing. I've also done a riding test with the ratio of PWM / speed and the ratio changed with the road conditions (incline, decline, hitting pot holes etc) The wheel reported PWM is different of course from the calculated PWM of darksnessbot & Euc world. Did you also know that the PWM percent differs if you have speed alarms or disabled? In the MCM5 for example, the PWM alarm happens at 75% with speed alarms disabled, or at 80% with speed alarms enabled (1 & 2). Freestyler
Update: For the 84v models (mten3, mcm5, tesla3) the PWM alarm is set at 75% when speed alarms are disabled or 80% otherwise. For all the 100v models (plus 116v RS LFP), it is set at 80% when speed alarms are disabled or 82% otherwise. There is a way to set the alarm at level 3 and get the alternate PWM value without enabling the fixed speed alarms.
