Kerrance
How can I verify my Kingsong 14D battery needs to be replaced?
Tawpie
Mostly, check to see what the voltage of the battery is after full charge (green light on the charger, don't use the % charge in the app) PLUS a few hours. In a perfect world the voltage will be 67.2V If the voltage ends up at, oh, say 66V or lower, you should be thinking it's getting close to new battery time. If it won't get above 61V, it's definitely time! Other hints are the range drops by more than 20% from what it was when it was new, or if it's beeping a lot at speeds where it didn't used to beep, or if it's taking forever to charge. If it just never gets to green light on the charger, it's time for a new battery. Edited March 12, 2022 by Tawpie
