Dthompson0107 Posted January 4, 2022 Share Posted January 4, 2022 Rode my brand new V11 for about 30 minutes, after trying to turn it back on I received a “repair light” with the following message in the inmotion app. “Warm Tips Failure to power off normally, you may need to replace the battery. Please contact your point of purchase or email to us: service@imscv.com” I’ve already sent them an email.
