It is the newest batch wheel. Tire pressure has always been kept at between 33 and 35. I am also throwing in the clark pads and both the spiked pedals and original. Also the mudguard. No trades, cash only, will ship at buyers expense. I paid $3199 for just the wheel and it is basically brand new, which is the nice way of saying no lowballers.
