I also have two rapid chargers but only one adapter. I ruled out the wheels and chargers being bad by switching to the OEM stock chargers. When I sent an email to support@ewheels.com asking if I could purchase a replacement. I got a quick response to verify exactly what I needed and a follow up email with a tracking number. He shipped me two replacements. Between my son and I, we have taken delivery of four wheels so far and are anxiously awaiting three more all from Ewheels.com. Thank you Jason for your outstanding support. We will only purchase our EUCs and parts from Jason. We also recommend anyone looking for a wheel, scooter, ebike don't go anywhere else.
