RockyTop
The wheel will always go as fast as it can. Lets say you set the wheel to 30 kph. What do you want it to do when you go 32 kph? If you are still leaning forward and it does not go any faster you faceplant. All that it can do safely is suggest that you slow down. It does that by tilting you back. You could ride the tiltback until you get to a speed that the wheel is not capable of going. At that point you faceplant. You can control the speed of the wheel when lifting by tilting the wheel forward to make it go faster and backward to go slower.
