Euc world tiltback setting gone. And 47mph max speed limit?

I have a monster pro 24". Should be able to do over 53mph on a full charge. (Proof exists on youtube)

Why cant I adjust speed limit higher than 47mph. And where did tiltback speed setting go?

Is speed limit actually tilt back speed, and if so who in their right mind would want tiltback at 47mph? 

So confused 😕
