There's no way to tell the quality of one over another, because once they leave those factories there's no tracing it back. That's for hoverboards. However, with unicycles, specific companies are focused on developing their own, and for the most part they have post-sales support. On the other hand, there's a very small chance that a hoverboard will blow up on you. Oftentimes these companies will claim they use Samsung, LG, or Panasonic batteries.
