Simon Lovell
I have noticed that a number of electric unicycles have started advertising their wheels as having 1300W motors. Strangely though they go no faster and have no more Power ie 15 degree slope maximum. What these cynical sales men are doing is giving the peak power and not the standard rated power of the motor which is considerably lower at 350W. This makes it almost impossible for the average layman to know what he is buying. I believe that this shady practice is a cheat designed to misslead the public and needs to be highlighted so that this direptuble sales practice can be stopped. Jag_Rip
IMO they should all using the rating that will be considered by the law. Wichever it is. But Marketing likes to use the biggest number, to make it look better.
