18L trolley handle came apart the other day

All four machine screws fell out! After several trips to the hardware store  (M3 .5 10mm btw is the machine screw) I repaired it. I used blue (non-permanent) loctitie so they wont be going anywhere. 

 

I also noticed one of the screws in the trolley latch was loose too, I saw the red loctite (permanent?) but the screw was very loose.  I'm a bit concerned about the build quality, but am having fun learning to ride.
