Jonesq
So I've been noticing that my max speed (as measured by Strava) had been increasing from 31mph gradually to 35mph at its highest point. I felt slight push back the day I hit 35 mph with no beeps. During that same time frame, I also noticed that my wheel would make a grinding noise when ridden at an angle and would shudder uncontrollably during hard braking or after landing a jump. I took apart my wheel and discovered that the 6 silver anchor screws holding the wheel in place were extremely loose, with several screws almost falling out. After I tightened the screws the grinding noise and shuddering stopped. However, I noticed that my max speed went back down to about 30 mph with hard push back and beeps occurring right around the 30 mph mark. Does anyone know why my max speed would have increased as a result of having a wobbly wheel? Seems counter-intuitive to me.
