36024x7 Posted May 24, 2019 Share Posted May 24, 2019 Hey there, I hope that somebody here can help me. I have been trying to update the firmware from 1.08 to 1.09 for over two months now. When I try doing the first time, it didn't work, and now ever since, my EUC has been doing weird things, including shooting off during a ride and sending off in the pavement. I had a broken knee because of this. When I try updating it (I try doing on Android and IOS), everything seems to work fine, it shows updating and the loading percent, etc. Then at 100, I hear the UIC make a noise, shut down, and all seems to be okay. However, when I load the app again and connect to it, it shows me that it's still on V 1.08 and that an update is still available. Is there any solution for this, or is there any way to load the firmware manually through the USB port? I'm terrified to ride now after my fall, and I am still wearing a knee brace because of this.
