vanhoolvisko Posted April 6 Share Posted April 6 After I swapped my broken axle I had a problem with grinding sound coming from stator rubbing against magnets. Be careful who is doing a press job since I didn't get lucky and I had to fix a bad job with Dremel On picture you can see point of contact where rotor touches stator. So I took Dremel and spend most of my day grinding uneven surfaces out and it worked! So I was happy but not for long... Now I have a clacking sound coming from motor when changing direction. I think that axle is not fixed in stator and I will have to open all again and weld it since that guy who was doing that didn't do it well enough. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
