I bought it new in 2016, banged the heck out of it learning to ride, and used it for short trips until this year, when the self-balancing feature had intermittent failures after the battery was fully charged. I don’t want to fool around with fixing it, but if there’s someone out there who knows how to take it apart and troubleshoot/fix it, it’s yours!
