UnrealTravis Posted May 24, 2023 Share Posted May 24, 2023 I was on my way to work. I had the scooter folded up while I travel on the public transit (Washington Metro). Everything was fine until I got to my station. When I went to unfold the scooter I noticed the deck was hitting the sidewalk. Went to take a look and noticed something was off with the rear suspension underneath the scooter. It didn't look right. It felt really lose and flimsy. It was not staying in place snd when I pushed on it. It would lock up only when it was folded. The moment I unfolded it. It would flop back out. the spring part just falls out and won't stay in place. Anyone have suggestions on what this could be? Also I saw online via Amazon this rear suspension kit. They have models for ES1-4 but as I was reading comments for the ES4 people were saying the ES4 they have never came with any suspension. The manufacturer says that this is for ES4 models that don't have undercarriage suspension built-in. Correct me if I'm wrong. I could have sworn all ES4 scooters came with the same suspension in the rear. Now I'm worried if this replacement part will actually work.
