L2Debonaire4u Posted August 5, 2022 Share Posted August 5, 2022 Has anyone tried using a Hovding (airbag helmet) with their EUC? Right now it is only approved for bicycles and I'm wondering if that is because of how you have to arm it after mounting and disarm before dismounting. My guess is that this is required so that the airbag algorithm doesn't read the mount/dismount as the beginning of a fall. I'm wondering if stepping on and off an EUC might also be read as a fall or if it would be read as stepping on and off a bike pedal and not a fall.
