Breadsticks
The wheel starts making a knocking sound. When we tighten the 6 pedal hanger bolts, it goes away for 2 miles or so. blue vibratite lasted about 30 miles. im hesitant to go to red because the bolt is touching plastic, so heating may be an issue. and as far as just breaking it loose, i guess id worry about breaking a bolt head off. Any ideas? edit - im guessing this is because im fat, but im a good 80 pounds under their max load of 330 pounds Thanks a ton. Mattman
You're pedal hanger is loose between the motor axle shaft and the hanger. Those small screws holding the case to the hanger are only temporary reducing the noise, the hanger then moves when riding and loosens those screws..... Go deeper, you need a large bolt tightened!
