Looking for a Tesla v3 or KS 18L (Washington DC area)

Willing to drive 1-2 hours to pick it up locally.  Not buying it shipped unless you're ok with receiving payment after I receive it.

Or anything that is under 50 pounds so I can take it on Amtrak trains worry free, but can go more than 30 mph.  Looking at the EUC catalog on ewheels.com, it looks like only the Tesla v3 or KS 18L fits that description.

If you can deal with 59 pounds .really it’s not bad at all I just throw mine in the back seat of my car and head to the parks and trails  everyday and I’ve had two back surgeries and it doesn’t seem too heavy for me ..If you want to easily go over 30mph up to 45mph and want a wheel with great range aslong as you aren’t hitting 40mph the entire ride then spend the extra cash and get yourself a rs19 high speed .I’ve put 800km on it since I got it a month ago without any issues and it’s a freaking fast and nimble wheel .plus ewheels throws in free spiked pedals,mudgaurd,power pads and wrist guards all for free 😎🤘🏻

I'm looking for one under 50 pounds for the amtrak luggage weight regulations.  The RS seems similar to my nikola plus so not sorry but not interested.
