Top battery pack: * Exploded cell removed * 58.8 volts * no connector for bridging the packs * B14 to B15 only 0.1 volt Bottom battery pack: * 51 volts * Burnt / melted power connecter (output) on the red wire * B7 to B8 and B11 to B12 only 0.3 volts I have another pack from an older unicycle and removing the damaged cell allowed it to charge, although the charger flickers green while charging. Thought I could do the same with the top pack but it still won't charge. I'm not sure why the bottom one doesn't work. I have a replacement BMS board I could try to install, but last time I tried doing that the pack caught on fire. 🔥 😅 Is there's anything I can do to easily repair at least one of these packs, or should I just scrap them?
