Keithje Posted February 27, 2021 Share Posted February 27, 2021 Good afternoon guys, I own several city coco scooters but I'm having problems with some. The throttle signal does not seem to be working. I changed the computer and the throttle and even the micro brake switches. The throttle wire that goes to the computer has 3 wires. Negative wire in the middle. On that has around 4 to 5 volts when powered on. But the one that has to send the voltage info to the computer whenever you hit the throttle stays on 0 volts.
