I already disassembled all the wheel inclusive I open the two battery pack. One of the battery pack when I try to charge blinks red. I already make reset to the bsm. Voltage is ok. There are any place to buy a new bms or a battery pack? Anybody know what minds the red blinking when I try to charge de battery pack? the wheel with just one battery pack normally turn on?
