eBay warranty using Smart trade for EUC's

I am thinking of buying a Ninebot Z10 on eBay and they have an option for a 2 year warranty for $69 or a three year plan for $87

Knowing the problems that some people have had with the Z10's it seems like it would be cheap insurance. Has anyone used this before?
