Hello, maybe some one has came across this message on their Segway app. 

 

“battery charging protection error. please check if extra battery is loose or check the error code again before restarting the vehicle” 

 

 

i have an Es3, and I can’t get it to charge past 80%. 

And both batteries are showing around 4200mah, instead of the full 5300mah.  

 

Any thoughts would be awesome!
