Huw
Hi There, I'm a beginner looking to buy my first wheel. I plan to use it for commuting to work on pavements and cycle lanes (both reasonably crowded). Having read reviews of the Inmotion V8 and KS14D I can see both are great wheels to learn on, but I love the idea of the light weight IPS i5. It's super easy to carry on busses and trains, and potentially does less harm if I crash into someone or fall off and it skids along the pavement. I'm aware IPS i5 has more limited range and speed, so please leave that aside for the moment. I'd be really interested to hear from anyone who has experience of the i5 and how it compares to the above heavier wheels in terms of ease of learning and rider comfort? Am I being daft to consider it as a first wheel? Thanks, Huw
