Problems with maneuverability?

hi folks - just trying to see if there is something wrong with my solowheel glide 2.

i have had a ninebot s1 in the past and it seems like turning left and right is a lot smoother on the ninebot s1.

i've downloaded the app and recalibrated, also changed the degree of the horizontal pedals to the most negative degree and that somewhat helps.

Tire pressure seems fine.

Please lmk if there is anything i may be missing because the reviews on the glide 2 says turning, maneuverability is top notch.
