  1. I am helping a friend replace his 84v Nikola motherboard, but it doesnt seem to be functioning properly. The broken motherboard seems to be the 1600wh version, but the new one the supplier sent him as a replacement seems to be the 2100wh version. Is there a reason the motherboard is different for the different battery sizes even though the battery voltage is the same? is there a way we can get his new motherboard to work with his 1600wh wheel? This is the new motherboard he was sent This is what his old board looked like..
  2. 3D printed parking mudguard for MSX 👌
  3. Nice; the footage looks great! I guess I've just gotten used to the desktop editing software.
  4. Well they are 1300wh wheels. There was some pretty big long hills and lots of wind involved. When we stopped I still had around 25-30% Doofus that forgot to charge his wheel and started with 84% was running low. Average speed was like 19mph ish He expressed interest in wanting to try to complete the loop again. I think we will but probably not until it gets warmer.
  5. Solid little ride to catch some sunset vibes tonight ?? going for a ride is an amazing way to clear the mind
  6. That's a mobile app called Relive. It is very simple you just start it before you leave and it tracks in the background. Auto pauses when you stop too ?
  7. We attempted a 43 mile loop around a nearby lake, and also installed some of those delicious EUCGUY side pads. What an amazing day for a ride! Enjoy our ride log
  8. BEWARE OF DOG This is the first frame of the video i caught when i started my camera.... only a split second later i found myself BOLTING away haha
  9. ? All in good fun for a laugh.
  10. I was on well known roads with little margin for error. I've ridden these same roads hundreds of times and only went faster on roads with zero unpredictable bumps/imperfections. I know the risk associated with riding, and if I fall I'm willing to accept the scrapes and breaks, but first and foremost i wear the helmet to protect the noggin ?
  11. Today I took my Msuper X out to do some (safe but still fast) speed runs, attempting a possible 35mph or so. As soon as i went outside i noticed that the wind was far too high to really push it. Turns out, the wind is a double edged sword. Not only does it make it nearly impossible to hear the beeps, but it also makes the beeps come sooner when you are riding directly into it! A good thing to keep in mind for Gotway rider safety I hit the final alarm at only 32.8 mph with 80% battery, when in the past i have hit 35mph with only 40% --- so keep in mind, the wind can change a few things
  12. Do you have a thread that shows more information about your custom LED setup?
  13. Realistic Range Test of Gotway Msuper X 1300wh 84v 45 miles with 10% battery left - could probably get 50ish before too low to ride! I will do a controlled range test soon - 19mph/flat ground/no wind & ideal ambient temperature
