The cable does not fit the hoverboard port for charging. The charger they sent is attached to this post. The manufactor information is: Battery Voltage: 36V Battery Capacity: 4400mAh - Charging input voltage: AC 110 - 220V 50 / 60Hz - Charging output voltage: 42V Is it normal that battery is 36v and charger 42v?
