You will most certainly need a helmet for this. I made a little video to help you along if you want to learn spins Basically find a hallway, and use your arms on the walls to do 180's at first. Then use your arms to stabilize your body on the walls while you spin the electric unicycle more and more. Then, if your not pushing your tired excitement level, slowly push yourself around in a full circle. Sleep on it so your mind can connect your motor neurons.
